Terms of service

The agreement between SuprHiro and the companies and people who use it.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Zuvomo, which operates SuprHiro (“SuprHiro”, “we”, “us”). They apply to suprhiro.co, the SuprHiro application, and the careers pages, candidate portal, emails, messages and calls that run on it (together, the “Service”).

By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorised to do so; “you” then means that company.

Candidates: if you are applying for a job, booking an interview, answering an AI phone screening call or completing onboarding for a company that uses SuprHiro, only sections 8, 10, 16, 17 and 19 apply to you. The company you applied to is responsible for your application — see section 10 and our Privacy policy.

1. Definitions

  • Customer — the company or person that creates a SuprHiro workspace.
  • Users — the people a Customer invites to its workspace (admins, recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, analysts, IT admins).
  • Candidates — people who apply to, or are considered for, a Customer’s jobs, including new hires going through onboarding.
  • Customer Data — everything a Customer, its Users or its Candidates put into the Service: jobs, applications, resumes, notes, feedback, messages, recordings, transcripts, offers and onboarding records.

2. Eligibility

The Service is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a workspace or be a User. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under the laws that apply to you.

3. The Service

SuprHiro is software for running hiring: job posting and careers pages, applications, resume parsing and matching, AI phone screening, interview scheduling and notetaking, messaging, reviews and approvals, offers, onboarding and reporting. Some features depend on the plan you are on and on the services you connect.

We improve the Service continuously and may add, change or retire features. If we remove a material feature you are paying for, we will give you reasonable notice. Features we label as beta or preview are provided as they are, may change without notice and may be withdrawn.

4. Workspaces and accounts

  • Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
  • Keep passwords confidential and do not share logins. Each User needs their own account. You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for the Users you invite and the roles you give them.
  • Tell us promptly at hello@suprhiro.co if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
  • If you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, that provider’s terms also apply to your use of it.

5. Plans, payments and credits

Every new workspace starts on the Free plan; no payment details are needed. Paid plans and calling credit top-ups are bought in Indian Rupees through our payment processor, PayU. Paid plans are bought one month at a time and are not renewed automatically — you are never charged without choosing to pay. Plan limits (such as seats, jobs and AI screening calls) apply to your workspace as shown on the Billing page.

Prices, taxes, plan changes, credits and invoices are covered in the Payment and billing terms, and cancellations and refunds in the Refund and cancellation policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Customer Data and your responsibilities

You own your Customer Data. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you, as described in the Privacy policy and the Data processing agreement. We act on your instructions for Candidate data; you decide what is collected and how it is used.

As the company running the hiring process, you are responsible for:

  • having a lawful basis to collect and use Candidate data, and giving Candidates the notices the law requires — including for candidates you import or source who did not apply through your careers page;
  • obtaining any consent the law requires before calling Candidates with AI phone screening, recording or transcribing calls and interviews, or messaging them on WhatsApp or other channels, and honouring requests to stop;
  • collecting identity documents, bank details and background-check information only where you are entitled to, and only what you need;
  • the hiring decisions you make, including decisions made by workflows you switch on (see section 7);
  • complying with employment, equal-opportunity, data-protection, telemarketing and anti-spam laws that apply to you.

7. AI features and workflows

The Service uses AI to parse resumes, summarise calls and interviews, answer questions in the staff assistant, and suggest candidates. Match scores, summaries, recommendations and call outcomes help your team review candidates; they can be wrong, and a person on your team should check them before relying on them.

Workflows are off until you switch them on, start in test mode, and — for rejections based on a score — ask for approval by default. If you turn test mode or approval off, the actions run automatically and you are responsible for them. Some built-in steps run automatically; they are listed on our Responsible AI and automated decisions page. You must not use the Service to discriminate unlawfully.

8. Acceptable use

Everyone using the Service must follow the Acceptable use policy. In short: no fake or misleading job listings, no charging candidates fees, no spam, no unlawful discrimination, no attempts to reach another workspace’s data or get around security or plan limits, and no scraping, reselling or reverse engineering the Service.

9. Connected services

You can connect services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, WhatsApp Business and Telegram. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. When you connect one, you authorise us to access it only as needed for the feature you turned on; you can disconnect it at any time. We are not responsible for a third-party service’s availability or actions.

10. Candidates

  • The company whose job you applied to decides whether to interview, shortlist, reject or hire you. SuprHiro is not that company, is not an employer, recruitment or placement agency, and is not a party to any job offer or employment relationship.
  • SuprHiro never charges candidates. Treat any request for payment made in our name as fraud and report it to hello@suprhiro.co.
  • Give truthful information in your application and do not upload files you have no right to share or that contain malware.
  • Links we send you for booking interviews, accepting offers or completing onboarding are personal to you. Do not forward them.

11. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential, use it only for the purposes of this agreement, and protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, already known to it, or independently developed, or where disclosure is required by law.

12. Our intellectual property

SuprHiro, its software, design, content and brand belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription; they do not transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you. We may use aggregated, de-identified information about how the Service is used to operate and improve it, provided it does not identify you, your Users or your Candidates.

13. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control can affect it. Support is by email at hello@suprhiro.co.

14. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your workspace by emailing hello@suprhiro.co from an admin account. We may suspend or close a workspace for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, non-payment, activity that puts others at risk, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put things right first.

15. Your data when you leave

Before closing a workspace, admins can export candidate, background-check and analytics data as CSV or PDF from the Exports page. For 30 days after closure you can ask us for a copy of your Customer Data. After that we delete or anonymise it, except for records we must keep by law (such as payment and tax records) and copies in routine backups, which are overwritten over time.

16. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that AI-generated scores, summaries, transcripts or suggestions will be accurate or complete, that any candidate is suitable, or that you will fill a job. We do not verify the identity, qualifications or background of candidates or the accuracy of job listings posted by Customers.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period (or ₹5,000 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

18. Indemnity

If you are a Customer, you will defend and compensate us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your hiring decisions, or your breach of these Terms or of the law — for example a claim that you collected or used a Candidate’s data without a lawful basis.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any proceedings, each party will try in good faith to resolve a dispute by writing to the other. Subject to that, the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction. Complaints about personal data can also be raised as set out on our Your data rights page.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, tell Customers by email or in the product at least 15 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after that, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and close your workspace.

21. General

  • These Terms, together with the documents they link to, are the whole agreement about the Service and replace earlier discussions about it.
  • If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
  • You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, with notice to you.
  • Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

22. Contact
